High School Seniors: Come get free professional help and create a power of attorney and health directive...imperative for young adults who are moving into adulthood! Students 18 and older will have forms notarized (if you are under 18, we will help you complete the form, and then you will need to get it notarized after your 18th birthday.

 

Please be sure to bring a govt. issued ID.
